Tolerances for the reinforced hull
frame height is +0/-5mm.
The height of the frame must
NOT be larger than the required
measurement.

Mechanical Installation
1.
Adjust the hull thickness/frame height to the required measurement of the actual hull boss (Or, Standard 70mm/ 167/208mm SPS67) & ensure
that the internal and external surfaces are parallel and flat.
2.
Assemble the ribs and the hull plate together and fi t the assembly to the hull boss.
3. Ensure the hull plate and hull boss are completely level on top and in bottom.
4.
Spot weld the ribs to the hull and hull boss. Keep the hull plate in position without welding it to the ribs.
