Choose an injection site.
There are

can inject into (see Figure R):

Buttocks
Change the injection site for every
injection.

Wash your hands with soap and water
(see Figure S).

Clean the injection site with an
alcohol wipe (see Figure T).
Do not
inject through clothes. Inject
directly into the skin.
Do not
touch the cleaned area before
injecting.
Do not
fan or blow on the cleaned
area.
