Preset values
TIME
exercise time between 1:00 to max. 99:00 minutes
COUNT
can be preset from 10 to max. 9990 strokes
DISTANCE
distance from 0.1 to max. 99.99 km
CALORIE
desired calories burned in one training from 1 to max. 9999 kcal.
PULSE
pulse frequency from 90 to max. 220 bpm
To input a preset value, press “MODE” to enter setting mode before exercising. Use “UP”, “DOWN”
and “RESET” to input the preset values. After your input, just begin to exercise.
The preset values will start to countdown.
If you input several preset values, the computer will make an audio sound when you reach the first one
of these preset values. The value of the completed function will then again count up, while the other
preset values will continue to countdown.
Pulse Recovery
With this special function, you can check your hearts recovery rate after a training session. You need an
optional chest belt to use this function. This is a very important indication for the physical condition of
your body.
Try to improve your recovery rate with regular training sessions. The aim is, to calm down to a normal
pulse frequency (frequency, when you are not in motion) as quickly as possible. To check your recove-
ry rate, wear your chest belt properly. Now press the button “RECOVERY”. The computer will start to
countdown 60 seconds.
During this period the computer will constantly measure your heart rate through the hand sensors.
After this minute, your recovery rate will be displayed on the display.
The range is 1.0 to 6.0, whereby 1.0 is very good and 6.0 is insufficient. Improve your value by intense
and regular training! Press any button to return to main menu after the measurement.
