In the main menu the first training program MANUELL (MANUAL) flashes and one can select with
the key-field UP and DOWN: MANUAL → PROGRAM (12 Profile) (Fig. E & F) → PROGRAM →
USER PROGRAM → HRC → WATT.
4. Quick start and Manual
Before training in the manual mode the user can set TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE.
After switching on, one can START/STOP the keys without determining further settings, train in
the mode MANUELL. The desired level can be adjusted with the keys UP and DOWN.
5. PROGRAM
Before training in the Program-Mode the target TIME can be entered.
Press the key UP/DOWN to select the program with 12 profiles and press to confirm on ENTER/
MODE.
The level can be adjusted with the keys UP or DOWN..
6. H.R.C.
Select the H.R.C. mode and press MODE key for the input. The standard setting for AGE is
25 (years). There are 4 selection options: H.R.C55, H.R.C.75, H.R.C.90 and H.R.C. DATE; select
a program via UP/DOWN and subsequently press MODE (Fig. G & H). The concerned selec-
tion and the indication “55%” is displayed in the column PULS corresponding the entered age. If
H.R.C. DATE was selected (press to confirm the MODE key), the pulse value “100” flashes and
the user can enter a target value with the key UP/DOWN in the range of 30~230. eingeben.
7. USER PROGRAM
In order to create a separate user profile, one uses the keys UP and DOWN and subsequently
presses MODE (in the column from 1 to 20). If one holds the key MODE pressed for 2 seconds,
one leaves the profile setting. Profileinstellung.
