CHANGING THE BATTIERIES 

 

1.

 

Detach the battery holder from under the fire. 

2.

 

Remove the batteries from the holder.  

3.

 

It is necessary to replace all the batteries at the same time within the battery holder located in the 

appliance.  

4.

 

Ensure the replacement batteries are placed in the holder correctly. 

5.

 

Wait at least 

15 minutes

 before re-attaching the battery holder, this will allow the control box and 

the gas valve to reset to a default setting. 

6.

 

Remote Control fires will need 6 x AA batteries  
(Good quality alkaline battery maybe used or Lithium type batteries can be used)

 

To turn down the fire, point the handset to the sensor on your fire 

then push and hold the minus button (small flame), if you release 

immediately the flame will go to low if you keep holding the flame 

will lower slowly and you can release the button to your desired 

position. 

 

 

The fire may be left in the standby mode (pilot only) by 

pressing the small round button on the handset. 
 

 

To turn your fire off, point the handset at the sensor and 
push the top left button and hold. The fire will go out.
