NAPOTKI PRI SILIRANJU
1. Predno pri
č nete z vožnjo, dvignite
podporno nogo, da se le-ta ne
poškoduje.
2. V splošnem pa boste dosegali najboljše
rezultate, č e nastavite vodilo »T« tako,
da bo to č ka »U« nekaj pred koncem
zaš č ite »D«.
3. Predno zapeljete v koruzo in tudi med
samim delom pazite, da bo imel stroj
dovolj visoke vrtljaje (priklju
č na gred na
traktorju 540 vrt/min. Pazite, da bo število
vrtljajev vedno enako.
4. Uporabljajte vedno drog oziroma verigo
za utrditev trito č kovnega priklju č nega
drogovja, da se izognete stranskemu
opletanju stroja.
5. Menjajte pravo
č asno protinož in skrbite,
da leži nož proti krožnemu nožu v
ravnem položaju. Delajte samo z
naostrenimi rezalnimi noži.
6. Ko imate priklju
č eno tudi prikolico, pazite,
da pri desnih zavojih ne bo prišlo do
zadevanja med prikolico in strojem.
7. Pri delu s strojem pod težjimi delovnimi
pogoji (npr. na mokrih ilovnatih ali rahlih
peš
č enih tleh) zmanjšajte s pomo č jo
hidravlike pritisk na podporno kolo. Tako
dodano obtežite traktor.
8. Z višjo nastavitvijo stroja boste dosegli
naslednje:
a) zmanjšali možnost vstopa
nezaželjenih predmetov v kombajn,
b) zmanjšali obrabo stroja in izboljšali
kvaliteto silaže.
9. Dolžino reza silaže lahko ve
č ate z
odstranitvijo nožev na kolutu. Pri tem pa
morate paziti, da ne pride v nobenem
primeru do neuravnoteženosti koluta z
noži, kar pomeni, da morajo biti preostali
noži enakomerno razporejeni. Silirate
lahko z 12, 6, 4, 3 ali 2 nožema.
10. Pri pestu rezalnega kolesa (slika 11) se
nahaja nastavljiv zra č ni zasun, s katerim
se regulira kapaciteta izmetavanja. Č im
bolj vlažna je koruza, ve č ja naj bo
odprtina.
11. Zamenjajte pravo
č asno spodnje rezilo.
Po 50 ha siliranja kontrolirajte njegovo
obrabo.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENSILAGING
1. Before driving the machine lift up the
support leg in order not to damage it.
2. You will get the best results if the
guidance »T« is adjusted so that the
point »U« is a little in front of the end of
the protection »D«.
3. Before driving in the maize field and
while working be sure that the machine
has enough disc rotations (P.T.O. shaft
540 rpm). Pay attention to have always
the same disc rotation.
4. Always use the bar or chain to fix the 3-
point hitch connection to avoid the side
swinging of the machine.
5. Replace the counter blade in time and
make sure that the blade is in horizontal
position against the oval blade. Work
only with sharp cutting blades.
6. Having the wagon attached pay attention
to right turnings – the wagon may hit the
machine.
7. Working with the machine under harder
conditions (wet clay or soft sand ground)
reduce the pressure on the support leg
by the help of hydraulics. This way you
weight the tractor.
8. Adjusting the machine higher you will:
a) reduce the possibility of unwanted
objects getting into the chopper.
b) reduce the usage of the machine
and improve the quality of
ensilaging.
9. Chop length can be increased by
removing the blades on the disc. Pay
attention that the disc stays balanced,
the blades left must be arranged equally.
You can ensilage with 12, 6, 4, 3, or 2
blades.
10. At the hub of the cutting wheel (fig. 11) is
the adjustable air bar. Using it you can
regulate the capacity of ejection. If the
maize is wet the opening should be
wider.
11. Replace the lower blade in time, check
its usage after 50 ha of ensilaging.
