4. WARTUNG UND ÖLUNG
Der Bandrecher lässt sich anspruchslos
warten. Zwecks längerer Lebensdauer,
empfehlen wir Ihnen folgende Hinweise zu
berücksichtigen:
4.1 Spannen und Wartung der
Riemen
Keilrimen müssen entsprechend gespannt
werden.
Nach einigen Betriebsstunden die Spannung
kontrolieren und nötigenfals diese richtig
einstellen, so dass sich der Riemen unter
Handdruck um 2 bis 2,5 cm einbiegen lästs.
4. MAINTENANCE AND
LUBRICATION
The belt rake is easy to maintain. In order to
prolong its life periode we recommed that you
take into consideration the following:
4.1 Stretching and maintenance of
the belts
Vee-belts should be properly stretched.
Check the tension of the belts after first few
hours of operating. Stretch them if needed.
The belt is properly stretched when it does
not yield more than 2-2,5 cm if pressed by
hand.
Spannvorgang:
1. Befestigungsschraube lockern (Bild,
Pos. 12).
2. Antriebsriemen (Bild, Pos. 6) mit
Spannschrauben des Antriebsriemens
spannen (Bild, Pos. 10) Werden die
Riemen des Bandrechens (Bild, Pos. 5)
übergespannt, die Schraube lockern
(Bild, Pos. 11).
3. Wendesystems–Riemen (Bild, Pos. 5)
mit Spannschraube des Bandrechens
spannen (Bild, Pos. 11) Dabei darauf
achten, dass der Antriebsriemen (Bild,
Pos. 6) richtig gespannt bleibt.
4. Werden die Riemen richtig eingestellt,
die Befestugungsschrauben wieder
festziehen (Bild, Pos. 12).
Keilremen regelmassig gründlich
reinigen und mit Glyzerin einölen, um
die Spannkraft zu verlängern.
The belt is to be stretched as follows:
1. Loosen the fastening screws (fig.,
pos. 12).
2. The driving belt (fig., pos. 6) is to be
stretched with the help of stretching
screw of the drive belt (fig., pos. 10). If
the belts of the raking system (fig., pos.
5) get too stretched, you have to loosen
the stretching screw of the belts of the
belts raking system (fig., pos. 11).
3. The belts of the raking system (fig.,
pos. 5) are to be stretched with the help
of stretching screw of the raking system
(fig., pos. 11). Make sure that the drive
belt (fig., pos. 6) stays properly
stretched.
4. When the belts are properly stretched,
tighten the fastening screws (fig., pos.
12) again.
Vee-belts are to be cleaned from time to
time and lubriacted with glycerine to
keep them flexible.
4.2 Ölen
Die Öler an Stützradachsen, jeweils
nach 10 Betriebsstunden mit Lager-
Schmierfett schmieren.
4.3 Wartung der Pneumatik
Reifenluftdruck muss ständig 2,5 bar
betragen.
4.4 Wartung der Gelenkwelle
Gemäss Gebrauchsanweisung des
Herstellers.
4.2 Lubricating
The lubricators on the support wheel
axels must be lubricated every 10
working hours with bearings grase.
4.3 Tyre maintenance
You should regulary control the tyre pressure
and keep it at 2,5 bar bars.
4.4 P.T.O. Shaft maintenance
Maintain the P.T.O. Shaft according to the
producers instructions.
