Read this booklet thoroughly before using and save it for future reference
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic
precautions should always be followed including the following:
• Read all instructions.
• Do not let the coffee maker operate without water.
• Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage
stated on the rating label of the coffee maker.
• To protect against fi re, electric shock, or any other injury do
not immerse the cord or the plug, in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is
operating. Do not let the appliance on the standby state for a
long time and never allow children to operate the appliance.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning the
appliance. Allow the appliance to cool down before putting on
or taking off parts, and before cleaning it.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or if
the appliance shows any malfunctions, or has been damaged
in any way. Return the appliance to an authorized service
facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
• The use of attachments is not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer and may result in fi re, electric shock or other
injuries to the person using it.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Place the appliance on
fl at surface or table, do not let cord hang
over the edge of a table or counter, or touch any hot surface.
• Do not place the appliance on, or near a hot gas, or electric
burner, or in a heated oven.
• Do not use appliance for other purpose than its intended use
and place it in a dry environment.
• Remove plug from wall outlet, always hold the plug and never
pull the cord.
