SIMER w arrants to the original cons u mer p u rchaser (“P u rchaser”) of its prod u cts that they are free from defects in material or w orkmanship.
If w ithin t w elve (12) months from the date of the original cons u mer p u rchase any s u ch prod u ct shall prove to b e defective, it shall b e repaired or
replaced at SIMER’s option, s ub ject to the terms and conditions set forth b elo w . Yo u r original receipt of p u rchase is req u ired to determine w arranty
eligi b ility.

P u rchaser m u st pay all la b or and shipping charges necessary to replace prod u ct covered b y this w arranty. This w arranty shall not apply to
acts of God, nor shall it apply to prod u cts w hich, in the sole j u dgement of SIMER, have b een s ub ject to negligence, a bu se, accident, misap-
plication, tampering, alteration; nor d u e to improper installation, operation, maintenance or storage; nor to other than normal application, u se
or service, incl u ding bu t not limited to, operational fail u res ca u sed b y corrosion, r u st or other foreign materials in the system, or operation at
press u res in excess of recommended maxim u ms.
Req u ests for service u nder this w arranty shall b e made b y ret u rning the defective prod u ct to the Retail o u tlet or to SIMER as soon as possi-
b le after the discovery of any alleged defect. SIMER w ill s ub seq u ently take corrective action as promptly as reasona b ly possi b le. N o
req u ests for service u nder this w arranty w ill b e accepted if received more than 30 days after the term of the w arranty.
This w arranty sets forth SIMER’s sole o b ligation and p u rchaser’s excl u sive remedy for defective prod u cts.
SIMER SHALL N OT BE LIABLE FOR A N Y CO N SEQUE N TIAL, I N CIDE N TAL, OR CO N TI N GE N T DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
