SETPOINT RECOVERY FUNCTION
If there is no communication (OT) with the
SIME HOME PLUS
and if the relative parameter is enabled, the setpoint recovery
function is activated. This function activates a heating request
with a fixed setpoint set using the relative tsp. The function
deactivates if the wired or wireless communication (OT) with
the
SIME HOME PLUS
is restored.
For example: Failed communication with the
SIME HOME PLUS
and tsp 1 = 1, the setpoint recovery function is activated with
the setpoint set in tsp 8 (20-90°C).
SETPOINT WITH TA REQUEST
When a heat request is made via the closing of a T.A. contact
of one of the zones, the setpoint of the relative zone is sent to
the boiler board (parameters 15-17). The request terminates
when the T.A. contact is opened.
SETPOINT WITH T.A. REQUEST AND OTC FUNCTION
(sliding temperature)
If the boiler board is connected to the external temperature
sensor and the parameter relating to the requesting zone is
other than 0, the CH mode with OTC is enabled. The heating
setpoint is given by the value of the external temperature sen-
sor and the value of factor K (this can be set in the designated
tsp relating to zones 2, 3 and 4 from 0 to 90).

DISPLAY OF COMMUNICATION FAULTS ON THE
SIME HOME
PLUS
The user can decide whether or not to display the fault codes
using the tsp No. 4 / 5 / 6 / 7.
COMMUNICATION FAULTS
If any communication faults occur, they will be indicated on
the
SIME HOME PLUS
by the board.

PUMP ANTIBLOCKING FUNCTION
After 24h of inactivity, each pump (or zone valve) is controlled
for 10 seconds to prevent the pump from blocking. Pump acti-
vation is carried out in the event of no heating request.
The antiblocking function is managed individually for each
pump.
MIXING VALVE ANTIBLOCKING FUNCTION
After 24h of inactivity, the mixing valve is controlled on full
opening and closing to prevent it from blocking. Activation of
the mixing valve is carried out in the event of no heating re-
quest.

WARNING
If the
SIME HOME PLUS
control is used, it is possible
to display and modify the boiler parameters or the
parameters of the MLC30 board:
– access Menu / Technician / Parameters / Boiler
– enter the password 12345
– if SW3 = OFF on MLC30 = display/modification of
boiler parameters
– if SW3 = ON on MLC30 = display/modification of
zone parameters.
