SAFETY WARNINGS AND REGULATIONS

WARNINGS
– After having unpacked the boiler en-
sure that it is undamaged and com-
plete including the valve pack, hang-
ing bracket and template.
– The appliance must be used as in-
tended.
Sime Ltd
declines all respon-
sible for any injury or damage to per-
sons, animals,or property as a result
of improper installation, adjustment,
maintenance or use.
– In the event of water leaks, discon-
nect the appliance from the mains
power supply, close the water mains
and seek help from a qualified engi-
neer.
– Periodically check that the operating
pressure of the water heating system
when cold is
1-1.2 bar
. If required, in-
crease the pressure or seek help from
a qualified engineer.
– If the appliance is not used for a long
period of time, the following opera-
tions must be carried out:
-
set the main isolation switch to
"OFF";
-
close the gas and water valves for
the water heating system.
– To ensure continued efficient oper-
ation of the appliance it is recom-
mended that it is serviced regular-
ly, at least once a year. This is also
a condition of the boiler warranty.
It is the law that any ser-
vice or repair is carried out by a
Gas Safe Registered engineer.
Services must be recorded in the
maintenance section of this installa-
tion guide.
– If the power cable is damaged, replace
it with a cable ordered as a spare part
with the same characteristics (type
X). Assembly must be by carried out
by a qualified professional.

read this manual carefully in order to
use the appliance in a safe and ration-
al manner.

This manual
is an integral part of the
appliance. It must therefore be kept
for future reference and must always
accompany the appliance.

Installation and maintenance
of this ap-
pliance must be carried out by a qual-
ified company or by a professionally
qualified technician in accordance
with the instructions contained in the
manual. Once the work is complete,
the company or technician will issue
a declaration of conformity with na-
tional and local technical standards
and legislation in force in the country
where the appliance will be used.

Any repairs on the appliance
must be
carried out solely by professional-
ly qualified personnel, using original
spare parts only. Failure to comply
with these instructions can jeopard-
ise the appliance’s safety and void the
warranty with immediate effect.
