5. USING THE DEVICE 5.1 Automatic Timer:
• After the switch ( Fig. 2/ 6) is turned
on, move the unit from its location or
press any button to use the touch but -
tons of the unit.
• After the buttons become visible, the
pressed button completes the assigned
task.
• If you don’t press any button or the unit
is left at a surface idle, the buttons will
disappear approximately in 10 seconds.
• If the remote control is left at a surface
following completing a task, when it is
moved again the prior functions will be
visible.
• When all functions are turned off the
on/off button ( Fig. 2 / 5) is pressed; on/
off button, light button and 1st level but -
ton LEDs are illuminated.
• When some functions are turned on,
the on/off button is pressed; all turned
on buttons are turned off and LEDs are
turned off.
• Press on/off button for 4 seconds
Siverconnect connection is approved.
LEDs are not changed.
• When the light is turned off, if the light
button ( Fig. 2 / 1) is pressed; the light
LED and the light are turned on.
• When the light is turned on, if the light
button is pressed; the light LED and the
light are turned off.
• When the light button is pressed for
2 seconds, the light setting mode will
be initiated for minimum 5 seconds (5
seconds period is reset when a button
is pressed). Light setting mode: for
dimmer models illumination (changed
in 5 levels) for indirect light models on/
off and for 2 light models (in 1-2-3-1-2-3
sequence) the light level setting mode
is initiated. Light LED will flash and will
revert back to the original state after the
setting mode is expired.
• Press the speed level desired only to
operate the unit.
• When the desired level button ( Fig. 2 /
2 ) is pressed, the associated level LED
and on/off LED are turned on.
• If you have purchased a mobile hood,
you can increase or decrease the height
level by the movement buttons ( Fig. 2 3
/ 4) on the remote.
• When the desired level button is pres -
sed for 2 seconds, the turn off timer is
activated. When timer is expired, all
functions are turned off automatically.
• 1 When speed setting button is pres -
sed for 4 seconds the turn off timer is
activated, active timer setting mode is
initiated and speed LED flashes.
• The active timer setting mode is 20
seconds (in 1st speed mode the 20
second timer is reset in every button
pressed). Active timer durations are
changed as 5-10-15-20-5… minutes.

• When 3rd Speed is pressed for 4 se -
conds the 3rd speed LED flashes and
automatic mode precision setting mode
is initiated in Silverconnect.
• Automatic mode precision setting
mode is 10 seconds (in 3rd speed mode
the 10 second timer is reset in every
button pressed). Automatic mode preci -
sion levels change as 1-2-3-4-1-2...
• To turn off timer, if you press one of
the ventilation buttons, the timer is tur -
ned off, any ongoing functions prior to
initiating timer will continue to operate.
• To turn off timer press on/off button,
timer and all functions are turned off.
