♦ Unscrew the water tank closure cap , in an anticlockwise direction (see Fig. 1).
♦ Fill the water tank completely with water via the water tank opening
(see Fig. 2).
♦ Place the water tank closure cap
,
onto the water tank opening and screw it
closed by turning it clockwise (see Fig 3).
♦ Use a cloth to wipe any remaining water from the appliance.
♦ Use the handle

to place the water tank onto the base unit .
♦ Insert the tray 6 with the aroma pouch 1 .
♦ Put the lid onto the water tank .
♦ Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Switching the appliance on/off
The appliance has three humidifier settings. The higher the intensity, the greater the
quantity of water that will evaporate. The humidification intensity is shown via the
colour of the MODE / LIGHT
button (see table).
Colour Humidification level Evaporation quantity
Red High (max. 350 ml per hour +/− 15%)
Green Medium (max. 180 ml per hour +/− 15%)
Yellow Low (max. 100 ml per hour +/− 15%)
♦ Press the STANDBY button to switch on the appliance. The STANDBY
button lights up red and you will hear a beep.
♦ By default, the appliance automatically starts in humidification level "High".
♦ Press the MODE / LIGHT button repeatedly to set the required humidifica-
tion level.
♦ Press the STANDBY button to switch off the appliance. The STANDBY button
goes off and you will hear a beep.
Topping up the water
NOTE
► The appliance stops as soon as the water in the water tank has been used
up. The STANDBY button flashes red.
♦ Switch the appliance off.
♦ Remove the power plug from the mains socket.
♦ Pour water into the water tank .
♦ Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
♦ Switch the appliance on.
