Warranty / Service centre
We provide a 3-year warranty covering faults in
materials or manufacture of the massage cushion
from the purchase date.
The warranty does not cover:
· Damage from improper use.
· Wear parts.
· Defects the customer was aware of at the time
of purchase.
· Damage caused by the customer.
This warranty does not affect the customer‘s legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in
order for any warranty claims within the warranty
period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty
are honoured

for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has the
right to have the goods repaired by our own work-
shop or a workshop authorised by us. The massage
cushion must not be opened for any reason. Open-
ing or modifying the cushion invalidates the warranty.
This warranty does not grant any additional rights
to the customer (based on the warranty). Complaints
are often initiated by difficulties encountered during
use. Many of these complaints can be resolved by
telephone or email. Please contact our Service
Hotline in the first instance, before you return the
massage cushion to the manufacturer.

Declaration of conformity
The massage cushion complies with the requirements
of the relevant European and national guidelines.
This is confirmed by the CE mark. The relevant
declarations are held by the manufacturer.
