The motor unit

To avoid irreparable damage, ensure that no moisture can get into the mo-
tor unit

when you are cleaning the appliance.

When cleaning the surfaces use neither abrasive or chemical cleaners, nor
sharp or scratchy objects.

As it is diffi cult to remove dried-on dough residue, always clean the biscuit
shaper and the pattern discs
w
used directly after use.

Dismantle the Biscuit Shaper completely.
■
With the exception of the motor unit

, all of the components can be
cleaned in the dishwasher or mild soapy water. All parts except the motor
unit

are dishwasher-proof.
■
Clean the motor unit
4
with a damp cloth. For stubborn soiling use a mild
detergent on the cloth. Afterwards, wipe off with a cloth moistened only with
water to ensure that no detergent remains on the appliance. Remove any
dough residue from the joint of the handle.
