Built-in modem self-test. This test checks the RAM and calculates ROM CRC. If the RAM check
fails, it will display the offending RAM address, and return ERROR. If the RAM check passes, it will
display the ROM CRC and return OK. In either case, the modem is hard reset after the test. The
host should wait for 100ms after the OK to issue the next AT command.

0 = line supports DTMF dialing.
