9.4

Removing the upper cover

To gain access to some parts of the machine for

maintenance purposes (e.g. belt tension-replacement,

display replacement) the top cover (Q) must be removed.

Proceed as follows.
1) turn off the machine and remove the plug.
2) remove the four screws (Q1) securing the cover to

the machine.

3) slightly raise the rear of the cover and very carefully

pull forward, releasing it from the front catches (fig.

33).

4) disconnect the connector (B1) and faston (B2) from

the display.
