To make small pitch adjustments between the peel blade and the
applicator pad edge, loosen the (6) screws (3 each side) on the
applicator pad mount arm and adjust accordingly. Re-tighten
screws. Typically, a 1/8” gap is a good starting point.
Depending on your label size, you may need to move the pad
closer (short labels) or further (long labels) from the dispensing
edge of the printer. The applicator pad has a pitch adjustment
inside the vacuum chamber, under the pad. There is also a side to
side adjustment; loosen the M6 hex head screws and adjust
accordingly.
