e. Go to "Add new variable".
f. Assign the name of the variable. Specify the data type and address of the
variable (Figure 5.73). A factor and unit may also be applied. Click on
“ADD”.
g. Click on "SYNC" in the configurator header line.
6. After sync is complete begin a test of the data server connection and variable
acquisition by clicking on "RUN TEST".
