Purpose: Enable or disable SAIC-DARP.

Purpose: Display the current <enableFlag> setting—this shows whether
SAIC-DARP is enabled or disabled. If the command returns ERROR,
SAIC-DARP is assumed to be enabled.

Purpose: Display a list of valid <enableFlag> values.
Parameters:
<enableFlag> (Enable/disable SAIC-DARP mode)

0 = Disable SAIC-DARP
