Suggestions
You can receive email,
but cannot send.
Check the settings of the POP3 and SMTP
server in your e-mail application.
If you are accessing a corporate e-mail server,
ensure that your NEI has permission to access
the SMTP mail server.
Check that your service provider allows relay
access.
Some of the values are
not displayed in the
AirPath Configuration
screen.
1. Remove the AirPath 300 from the
handheld device.
2. Reset the handheld device.
3. Reinsert the AirPath 300.
4. Check the values in the AirPath
Configuration screen.
Slow response from the
CDPD network.
The CDPD network may be congested with
heavy use. Retry your connection later.
