Aluminum enclosure

Observe the torque:

Cover screws: 0.7 Nm ± 10%

Cable entry: 6.25 Nm ± 10%

Sealing plugs: 6.25 Nm ± 10%
●
Integrate device in local equipotential bonding.
Zone 1
●
Device configuration: electronics compartment may be opened when live.
●
Battery replacement: the WirelessHART adapter may be opened within the
hazardous area.
●
Close unused cable entries using sealing plugs which comply with the type of
protection and are approved.
Plastic enclosure F32 in special version with pushbuttons
–
When connecting the device: make sure that the connection for the
pushbutton is retained. See figure "Figure 5-2 Pushbuttons (Page 17)",
terminals 2 and 5.
Zone 21

Do not open in explosive dust atmosphere.
●
The battery pack must not be replaced within the explosive dust atmosphere.
●
Only use cable glands with ATEX-Ex e approval or metallic screwed glands with a
degree of protection of at least IP65. Provide fixed routing for the cables.
●
Close unused cable entries using sealing plugs which comply with the type of
protection and are approved.
Plastic enclosure

Only suitable for use in Zone 1.
Battery
●
Only use the battery unit of type BU 191 (order no. 7MP3990-0AA00) referred to
in the operating instructions.
●
The connector is designed in such a way that polarity reversal is not possible.
