Installing the DC link reactor
To install the DC link reactor, proceed as follows:
1. Slide the DC link reactor onto the U-rail as far as the stop.
2. Screw the center upright back into the cabinet.
3. Secure the DC link reactor on both sides with the lugs provided.
4. Establish the busbar connections as shown in the circuit diagram.
On DC link reactors with aluminum terminals, use the contact plate between the aluminum
terminal and the busbar.
5. Make the water pipe connections again.
Establishing and grounding the power connections
The power connections are made by the expansion straps. To establish and ground the power
connections, proceed as follows:
1. Clean and grease the contact surfaces immediately before screwing in the connections.
For this purpose, use the cleansing agents and greases listed in the table below.

Cleaning agent Ethyl alcohol and lint-free cloth
Grease Electrolube 2G or equivalent contact lubricant
2. Screw in the connections. The tightening torque of the M12 screw connections supplied is
50 Nm.
3. Ground the DC link reactor by the cabinet grounding cable.
