Replacing rolling bearings
Rolling bearings
When ordering rolling bearings, in addition to the bearing identification code, the
supplementary specifying code is also necessary for the bearing version. Both of these codes
are stamped on the lubricant plate and specified in the motor documentation, or can also be
taken from the installed bearings.
Always replace the rolling bearings with the identical bearings.

Insulated rolling bearings
If insulated rolling bearings are fitted, use insulated rolling bearings of the same type as spare
parts. This will prevent any bearing damage being caused by bearing currents.

Parts groups definition
A distinction is made between the following groups of parts:
Spare parts
Spare parts are machine parts that can be ordered during the production time - and for a further
5 years after discontinuation of production. These parts should only be replaced by authorized
service or modification partners.
Repair parts
Repair parts are machine parts that can be supplied during the active production of the machine
(until the product discontinuation).
Repair parts are parts used for the repair or modification of the current products. These parts
should be replaced only by authorized service or modification partners.
