Open-circuit and break-circuit working of the relay output can be defined via
the register base a 0Dh. This also sets the status of the software LED
or causes a hardware reset of the PC.

1 = Trigger HW reset

The first write access to this register enables the watchdog, WD LED (also
called RUN LED) is set to green.
The watchdog is retriggered by additional write access. At the end of the
watchdog execution time, the watchdog is retriggered by another write
access.
