Operating the display unit

Depending on the operating mode, the display unit is operated via the remote control or
communicates with a different display unit of the same type via the infrared
transmitter/receiver module. The operating mode is defined via the configuration.

Operating mode "IR-RC": Receiving remote control signals

Operating mode "IR-P2P": Communication with a different display unit of the same type
It is not possible to enter control commands directly at the display unit. For information about
the remote control, refer to section "Accessories (Page 9)".
Infrared transmitter/receiver module of the display unit
The transmitter/receiver module of the display unit operates in the infrared range. The
following figure shows the layout of the transmitter/receiver.
The transmission/receiving range of the display unit corresponds to a spherical section.
