Evaluate the long-term trends of the pro-
tective conductor resistance and the leak-
age current by comparing the current
measuring values to those of the preceding
technical safety checks. A sudden or unex-
pected increase in the measured values
may indicate a safety-related defect - even
if the limit values are not exceeded. Follow
the instructions for checks in the section on
final work steps.
