8.2 Automatic Door
You often find automatic door control systems at the en-
trance to supermarkets, public buildings, banks, hospitals
etc.
8.2.1 Demands on an Automatic Door
When somebody approaches, the door must open auto-
matically.
The door must remain open until there is nobody in the
doorway anymore.
If there is nobody in the doorway anymore, it must close
automatically after a short time.
