Tips for use
Use an oven thermometer (sold in shops) or make
the “spoon test”. Press the spoon against the roast.
If it feels firm it is done. If it gives way, it still
requires some time.
Check the shelf position and the temperature.
Next time, use a smaller dish or add liquid.
Next time, use a larger dish and add less liquid.

increase the cooking time.
