Accepting an internal call
Your telephone rings and the inter-
nal number of the caller (e.g.,
INT 2
)
or the assigned name appears in the
display. If the call comes from the
base,
INT 0
is displayed.
Press the talk or handsfree key

on the handset to accept the
call.
Ending a call
Press the end call key

on the
handset
or the handsfree key

on the base.
Transferring a call to another
handset/internal consultation
You are in conversation with an
external
participant.

Press the direct dialling key (

internal call. (If you press the dis-

during the internal
call you will be connected again
to the external participant.)
When an internal participant
answers:

To transfer
the call to the internal
participant, press the end call key

The internal participant must
press the end call key
to termi-
nate the consultation call. You are
reconnected with the external
participant.
Call waiting
Many Telecommunication providers
in Australia and New Zealand offer a
Call waiting service on your Home
Phone Line. Please speak to your
service provider to check if your
Home Phone line is activated for this
service (charges may apply).
The most common providers instruc-
tions for Call waiting are as follows.
Australia:

To answer an incoming call when
you're already on a call, or to switch
between calls:

To hang up on one call and return to
