Responsibilities
7.1 Regular
Tests
Statutory Tests
The owner has to make sure that the
(regular) statutory tests
are carried out
on time.
Preventive Maintenance Work
The owner has to make sure that
preventive maintenance work
as stated in
the maintenance plan of the sorting machine
is carried out within the
specified deadlines
.
7.2
User Names and Passwords List
The user names and passwords list is personally handed over to the
representative of machine's owner (customer) upon delivery. The delivery of
the list is documented in the acceptance report.
It is the
owner's responsibility
to ensure that:
the list is only handed out to instructed and authorised personnel
the list is always accessible when needed
the list is not handed over to unauthorised persons
Siemens as the manufacturer recommends to document changes and/or
supplements to ensure that an updated list is actually accessible when
needed.
7.3 Disposal
It is the owner's responsibility to make sure that the disposal of the machine,
components and operating supplies is carried out in accordance with national
regulations and laws.
