Activating the Measurement Function
Measurements can be performed on real-time or frozen images. To activate
the measurement function, select the
Calcs
task card at the bottom of the
screen. Use the system presets to automatically activate the measurement
function when you press the
FREEZE
key.
Using the Patient Report
You can view, edit, print, and store the patient report for the currently
registered patient.
Note:
Patient report data is not automatically retained by the system after the
examination ends. If a record is required, print or store the patient report before ending
the examination.
Accessing a Patient Report
A patient report for the current examination can be viewed at any time
during the patient examination or after the report is saved.
To access a patient report:
1. Press
the
Report
key located on the keyboard or select the
Reports
shortcut button at the bottom of the screen after completing the labeled
measurement.
The system displays the patient report.
2. If the patient report has more content than can be viewed on one
screen, use the scroll bar to move the content of the screen up or
down.
3. To expand or close a section of the report, roll the trackball to the
maximize/minimize icon at the right side of the report page and then
press the
SELECT
key.
To exit the patient report, choose a method:
Press the
Report
key on the keyboard.
Select the
Reports
shortcut button at the bottom of the screen.
Roll the trackball to the "X" at the upper right of the report screen and
then press the
SELECT
key.
