Typical configuration
The following figure shows the typical configuration of a bus link with two Compact FF Links
for redundancy mode with two power supply modules when the front doors are open.

Installing the bus link for redundant mode
1. Hook the lower edge of the BM Compact FF Link onto the rail, press it into the mounting
rail (a) and push it to the left until it engages (b).
If you are using the 482.6 mm or 530 mm mounting rail and position the BM Compact FF Link
in the right-hand engaged position, you can install two additional PS 307; 2A or one
PS 307; 5A to the left of the bus module.

2. Hook and press the BM Compact FF Link into the mounting rail.
3. Insert the two Compact FF Links into the BM Compact FF Link.
4. Screw the modules into place. This also fastens the bus module on the mounting rail.
Removing the bus link for redundant mode
To remove the bus link, follow the same procedure in reverse order.
If the bus link is already in operation, switch off the power supplies before you remove it.
