Connect Front-Panel LEDs/Switches/USBs

You can find there are several cables existing in the system case and originat-
ing from the front-panel devices (HDD LED, Green LED, Reset switch, and
USB devices etc.). These cables serve to connect the front-panel LEDs,
switches, and USB connectors to JP10 and JP11/JP14, as shown below.
