Section 3: Kat Play-Around Assembly
{Floor Assembly}
Once you have reviewed sections 1 and 2 and have located and identified all hardware, you are ready to assemble
your Kat Play-Around.
Edges of steel and stainless steel kennels and individual parts may be sharp. We recommend that you always wear
protective gloves during unloading, inspection and assembly.
Installing Casters
Step 1
Stand the floor weld in an upright position to install
the casters. See Fig. 1.
Step 2
Align the (4) holes on the caster mounting plate with
the 4 holes on the weld mounting plate located in each
corner of the floor weld.
Step 3
Place one of the 5/16-18 x .750 HX HD Screws through
each of the 4 holes on the caster mounting plate into the
holes on the floor weld mounting plate and secure using
the 5/16-18 Hex Nuts.
Step 4
Tighten each hex nut using a ½

Rachet/Socket Wrench.
Step 5
Repeat steps 1-4 until all 4 casters have been installed.
Important:
Hardware must be installed in all holes
and hex nuts tightened using ½
