Installing the Lower Shelf Panel
Step 1
Lay the PVC shelf panel on one
Lower Shelf Weldment to make sure
it fits and then remove. See Fig. 23.
Step 2
Place 2-sided tape on the outer
edges of the Lower Shelf Weldment.
Step 3
Using a caulking gun, apply a
generous bead of adhesive E6000
to the two shelf weldment cross
members.
Step 4
Remove the outer layer of the
2-sided tape placed in Step 2.
Step 5
Place the precut acrylic PVC shelf
panel, textured side facing up, on
the prepared Shelf Weldment.
Step 6
Apply pressure to the shelf panel to
ensure even adhesion.
Step 7
Remove excess adhesive from
around the bottom edges with a rag
or putty knife.
Step 8
Repeat steps 1-6 to install the PVC
shelf panel to the second Lower
Shelf Weldment.
