Hang the
Primary and Slave Doors (B0014) and (B0015)
as below.
Use 1x
25mm Screw (A0032)
per
hinge first to align the doors. Once happy, finish the rest of the screws
into the hinges. Test doors open and close correctly.
Tip:
Use coins or something similar as packing under the doors to help level them out.
Fix the
Barrel Bolts (A0014)
on the slave door as below. Fix both to the door using 4x
10mm Screws
(A0028)
in each. One at the top, one at the bottom. Make sure you mark and drill a hole in the gable and
floor panel for the bolt to slot into when the door is closed.
Mark a centre point onto the Primary Door and drill a hole. Then fix the
Gate Latch (A0015)
through as
below. Fix the plates using 4x
Black 25mm Screws (A0029)
in each.
Then attach the Latch holder onto the slave door using 2x
Black 25mm Screws (A0029).
Tip:
Mark where the holes go first before drilling.
