4.1 Splice Mode Menu
4.1.1 Splice Mode
(1) Select Splice Mode
In 1.“Splice Mode Menu”, press

button to select “Splice Mode Menu” option,

Select an appropriate splice mode for type of fiber to be spliced, press

button to confirm.
“1 AUTO SM/NZ/DS/MM” mode is recommended for splcing in most cases, in which the
splicer will automacially adjust splice parameters according to fiber type.
(2) Edit Splice Mode
Splicing parameters in each splice mode can be modified.
In [Select Splice Mode] menu, press
