Is the weight loader
system operating
properly?
Yes
No
Check that nothing has been
placed on the pan.
Enter Service Mode and check
the WG value.
Is the value greater than
±10 g?
No
Yes
Does the WG value change if
a load is applied?
- Coil disconnection, leak
=> Replace the coil ASSY.
- Breakdown in either the detector
board ASSY, analog board ASSY, or
display board ASSY
=> Replace the affected board ASSY.
No
Yes
- Adjust the stopper plate.
- Adjust the unit ASSY
balance.
- Release the model fix, then
perform linear adjustment,
PCAL.
Check the internal weight
repeatability, and if there is no
problem, release the model fix
and perform linear adjustment,
PCAL.
Check
ECAL error
Check that nothing has been
