To 0-0 screen
representing PID is shown on PTN display.
PID No. (Decimal point also lights) is shown on STP display.
4-1 Output proportional band setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
uh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 3.0
Setting range: OFF, 0.1 ~ 999.9%
To execute auto tuning, basically this setting is not necessary.
When OFF is selected, ON/OFF (2-position) action is
performed.
For proportional action, refer to "6-5. PID Action."
4-2 Output hysteresis setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
jh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 20
Setting range: 1 ~ 999 digits
"Hysteresis" in ON/OFF action is set. This screen is displayed
only when OFF is set for P in setting on 4-1 screen.
4-3 Output integral time setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
ijh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 120
Setting range: OFF, 1 ~ 6000 seconds
Basically this setting is not necessary when auto tuning is
executed.
For integral time, refer to "6-5. PID Action." This screen is not
displayed when P=OFF.
4-4 Output derivative time setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
kh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 30
Setting range: OFF, 1 ~ 3600 seconds
Basically this setting is not necessary when auto tuning
isexecuted.
For derivative time, refer to "6-5. PID Action." This screen is not
displayed when P=OFF.
4-5 Output manual reset setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
rh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 0.0
Setting range: –50.0 - 50.0%
When I=OFF (P action or PD action), offset correction is carried
out. For details, refer to "6-6. Manual Reset." This screen is not
displayed when P=OFF.
4-6 Output target value function setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
rlh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 0.40
Setting range: OFF, 0.01 - 1.00
A value to be used to suppress overshooting or undershooting in
expert PID is set. Setting 1.00 for SF makes overshoot minimum,
and when SF
ӌ
0.10 in the program mode or SF=OFF in the
FIX mode, expert PID does not function and ordinary PID action
is carried out. This screen is not displayed when P=OFF.
4-7 Lower limit output limiter setting screen
To 4-1 (PID No.1) screen
To 4-10 (zone PID) screen
Initial value: 0.0
Setting range: 0.0 ~ 99.9%
A lower limit limiter for output is set. For output limiter, refer
to"6-7. Output Lower Limit and Higher Limit Setting Limiters."
To 4-8 screen
4-8 Higher limit output limiter setting screen

To 4-1 (PID No.2) screen
s
ihrh
To 4-0 (PID No.1) screen
Initial value: 100.0
Setting range: 0_L+0.1 ~ 100.0%
A lower limit limiter for output is set.

To 4-1 (PID No.1) screen
To 4-1 (PID No.6) screen
To 4-10 (zone PID) screen
Initial value: OFF
Setting range: ON/OFF
ON/OFF of zone PID is set. For zone PID, refer to "6-9. Zone PID."

5-10. Explanation of Screen Group 5 and Setting
5-0 Initial screen
To 0-0 screen
In this screen group, nothing is shown on the PTN and STP displays.
(1) Setting the Number of Patterns
5-1 The number of patterns setting screen
To 5-0 screen
Initial value: 4
Setting range: 1, 2, 4
The number of patters to be used is set. Maximum steps of a
pattern changes according to the number of patterns: 40 steps
when the number of patterns is 1, 20 when it is 2 and 10 when it
is 4. A set number is unable to be changed during RUN in the
PROG mode.
