Back of the Dome Tracker includes a standard 12V plug (2.5mm, center positive) and a fuse
(5*20mm, 500mA).
Dome Tracker should be powered with 12V DC. Maximum consumption is 100mA.
Internal relays can manage intensities up to 1A under 12V.
12) Computer interface
12.1 - Wiring
Dome Tracker is connected to a Personal Computer through a standard RS232 serial cable. If your
computer doesn't have a serial connector, you can use :

12.2 - Testing your connection
Once you have installed everything you need for your configuration (coders, switches...), ou can test
your system with the provided test software and check every functionnalities one by one.
Software is called
Test_DomeTracker.exe
Port COM
Select your serial port ID in MS Windows (1 to 255). Look in your configuration panel which Id
Windows gave to your serial port. Other configuration (spped, parity...) are set automatically by the
software.
