General
The NJU3713 is a serial/parallel conversion IC which converts 12-bit
serial data into parallel data, and serves as an output port extension
device of the CPU. It is connected to the CPU with three signal lines.
Serial input from the DATA pin is up to 5MH. The input data are
passed through the serial input/parallel output shift register, the paral-
lel data latch circuit, and the output driver, and are outputted.

(3) Start/stop control circuit
This circuit detects ON/OFF state of the power and controls start/stop of each circuit. A voltage of 5V is generated by the main PWB, producing
each power voltage (VB = +24V, VBS=8V power output) in the DC power section.
After the power voltage reaches the specified level, the operation of each circuit is started. Before the voltage falls below the specified level, the
circuit operation is stopped to prevent against malfunction.
