4. Operation panel disassembly

Remove the document table.

Remove the top cabinet.

Remove the screw which is fixing the operation panel, and
remove the connector.
5. Copy lamp PWB disassembly

Remove the document table.

Remove the top cabinet.

Remove the reflector. (Be careful not to touch the reflection sec-
tion of the reflector.)

Remove the copy lamp PWB. (Do not touch the fuse bulb of the
lamp directly with your hand. It may result in a shortened life and
uneven exposure.)
6. AE sensor removal

Remove the document table.

Remove the top cabinet.

Remove the copy lamp unit (four screws).
4
Remove the screw which is fixing the AE sensor, and remove the
AE sensor.
7. Main PWB removal
1
Remove the document table.
2
Remove the top cabinet.
3
Remove the fan unit. (2 screws)

During reassembly,ensure fan belt tension is correct.
