1. TIME DEFROST

2. WEIGHT DEFROST
The microwave oven i s pre-programmed wi t h a t ime and power level s o t ha t t he following food i s defro st ed
ea s ily: Pork, b eef and chicken. The weigh t range for t hi s food i s from 0.1kg – 2kg in 0.1kg st ep s .
