packaging with plastic film on.
• Pierce the film with a fork 5 times.
• After cooking, stir and let stand for
approx. 2 minutes.

• Place in a dish and cover with a lid.
• When the oven stops and the audible
signals sound, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, let stand for approx. 2
minutes.
NOTE:
If frozen vegetables are
compacted together, try to
separate them before cooking.

• Place on the low rack.
• Do not cover.
• After cooking, let stand, covered in
