Beef Steak with Vegetable Sauce
[ Ingredients ]
510 g beef steaks, about 1 cm thick

1 tomato, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
[ Seasonings ]
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. wine

1 tsp. pepper
Shiso leaves to garnish
[ Gravy ]
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. water
2 tsp. cornfl our blended with 1 tbsp. water
Crispy Stuffed Mushrooms
[ Ingredients ]
12 Black mushrooms
75 g butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
75 g fresh breadcrumbs
50 g cheese, grated
Baked Avocados with Ham
[ Ingredients ]
50 g butter
50 g fresh brown breadcrumbs
100 g cooked ham, fi nely chopped
90 ml double cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 large ripe avocados
1 tbsp. lemon juice
50 g cheese, grated
[ Method ]
(Beef Steak)
1. Wash beef and pat dry.
2. Marinate beef with seasonings for 20 minutes.
3. Place on the rack. Brush with oil. Let it cook :

4. Wrap the beef steaks with aluminium foil; let it stand for
10 minutes.
(Vegetable Sauce)
1. Place onion, garlic and oil in a casserole and cover;
microwave on 100% (HIGH) for 2’20“ to 3’20“.
2. Add gravy (except blended cornfl our); cover and microwave
on 100% (HIGH) for 50 seconds; remove, stir and continue
to cook for 50 seconds.
3. Add tomato; cover and microwave on 100% (HIGH) for
30 seconds.
4. Add blended cornfl our into boiled seasonings, stir until
cornfl our is thick.
5. Top beef steaks with prepared gravy and garnish with shiso
leaves.
[ Method ]
1. Soak the mushrooms until soften, then remove and chop
mushroom stalks.
2. Heat butter with garlic on 100% (HIGH) for 50 seconds,
stir in chopped mushroom stalks and breadcrumbs.
Fill mushrooms with mixture, sprinkle with cheese.
3. Place the mushrooms on a dish and place on the rack.
Press GRILL MIX pad once for Grill Mix (HIGH) and cook
for 6 to 8 minutes.
[ Method ]
1. Place the butter in a bowl and heat on 100% (HIGH) for
50 seconds. Stir in the breadcrumbs and ham, add enough
cream to bind the mixture. Season with salt and pepper
to taste and stir in the parsley, cook on 100% (HIGH) for
1’40“ to 2’40“.
2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and brush the
fl esh with lemon juice. Fill each avocado half with the
breadcrumb mixture.
3. Place the avocados in a large fl an dish and sprinkle with
the grated cheese.
4. Place the dish on the rack, cook on 100% (HIGH) for
50 seconds, then on GRILL for 8 to 10 minutes until brown
and crispy.
