• Place the fo o d o n a plate in the centre
o f the turntable.
• W hen the o ven sto ps and the audible
signals so und, turn the fo o d o ver,
rearrange and separate. Shield thin
parts and warm spo ts with aluminium
fo il.
• After defro sting, wrap in aluminium
fo il fo r 1 0 - 1 5 minutes, until
tho ro ughly defro sted.
• Co ver the turntable with cling film.
• Place the blo ck o f minced meat o nto
the turntable.
• W hen the o ven sto ps and the audible
signals so und, turn the fo o d o ver. Remo ve
the defro sted parts if po ssible.
• After defro sting, stand fo r 5 - 1 0
minutes, until tho ro ughly defro sted.
