[7] Backlight Troubleshooting
Back light doesn't light.-1
Does not back light in which portion of the LCD screen light up?
The whole back light does not light up.
Is alternating voltage AC220V input to AC input (AC1/AC2/AC3)
of SUB_POWER_UNIT1/2/3?
NO
Is the power supply input harness from AC-IN-UNIT correctly
connected? Check the loose connection etc.
YES
Is not F7601 4A disconnected?
YES
Are 27V and 20V outputted to LA1/2/3?
NO
Replace poor SUB-POWER-UNIT.
Back light doesn't light.-2
Does not back light in which portion of the LCD screen light up?
A part of back light doesn't light up.
One piece of a certain back light on a screen does not light up.
The back light of a certain one-row portion wide on a screen does
not light up.
Does not back light which row of which line light up? (65 types:
Seven line seven rows 52 types: Seven line seven rows)
NO
Does not back light of which line light up? (65 types: 7 rows and
52 types: Six rows)
Find a poor row and column number, and replace the LED board
unit.
POWER-DISTRIBUTION-

Is RGB power supply 20V/27V supplied to the CN** connector of
the poor row number?
((1)pin=20V, (5)/(6)pin=27V)
YES
There is possibility of disconnection between the LED board
units of a poor row number. Check internal wire connection.
NO
Check the loose connection of the CN** connector of the poor
row number of DISTRIBUTION-UNIT etc.
