Warning

• Always remove the power plug from the wall outlet when cleaning.

Electrical shock or bodily injury may occur as a result.

• Do not use chlorine bleach and acidic cleaners to clean the unit interior. Harmful gases may

be generated from the cleaner as a result.

• Do not clean while the unit is in operation or immediately after use.

Electrical shock or bodily injury may occur as a result.

When the maintenance lamp lights

When the total humidification time reaches approximately 80 hours, long beeps will be heard for about 10
seconds and the maintenance lamp will light to notify that the unit has not been cleaned for some time.

Clean the unit by following cleaning procedure .

Insert the power plug into the wall outlet and press the
Power ON/OFF button.

Press and hold the Reset button until a short beep is
heard (about 3 seconds).

(To reset the Maintenance lamp.)

• Degree of soiling will differ depending on the water quality. Clean frequently even if cleaning was per-

formed within the last 2 weeks.

• Internal temperature will rise and the amount of humidification will decrease when brownish red and

white impurities accumulate within the humidifier filter, tray and tank or when there is accumulation of
dust on the air filter. Clean the unit frequently regardless of whether the maintenance lamp turns on to
avoid malfunction of the unit.

• After cleaning, be sure to press and hold the Reset button until a short beep is heard (about 3 seconds).
• Since there is the possibility of water spilling when cleaning the unit, move the unit to a location where

water may be spilled.
