PRINTING
Operation Keys
To make print settings from the operation panel, use the operation keys which have the following
functions:
Operation Key
Description
ON LINE
MENU
ITEM
ENTER
LINE key
MENU key
ITEM key
Left arrow key
Right arrow key
ENTER key
Changes between the online and offline modes.
In the online mode, the printer receives data from the computer connected to the printer.
In the offline mode, you can use operation panel keys to make print settings.
Note, however, that you cannot make settings if the "Data Remaining" message is
displayed.
Used to show setting menus on the display in sequence.*
Used to show the setting items of the selected menu in sequence.*
Used to change the value of any item.*
Used to enter a new value.
*Invalid in the online mode.
